The Challenge

InnFlow's reporting relied on complex stored procedures handling large reservation and billing datasets — query execution was slow and resource-intensive. Multi-property data aggregation was fragmented, with no centralized labor or revenue reporting across properties. API integrations had token authentication failures causing data sync issues. Multiple hotel properties across different time zones produced inconsistent scheduling and reporting data.

What We Built

Optimized SQL queries and stored procedures with clustered and non-clustered indexes to dramatically reduce execution time. Built centralized reporting module for cross-property labor and revenue data aggregation. Implemented secure token-based API authentication using .NET. Configured linked server connectivity for centralized data access. Built timezone-aware data handling converting timestamps dynamically per property location.

Significant improvement in reporting performance and reduced system load. Enabled centralized analytics across all hotel properties for unified revenue and labor visibility. Improved API integration reliability. Delivered accurate timezone-aware financial and operational reporting critical for multi-property hotel operations.

Software Engineer — database query optimization, centralized reporting module, API authentication, linked server configuration, and multi-timezone data architecture for enterprise hospitality platform.
